Multi-Stop and change request features released!

Empower has released eagerly anticipated new multi-stop functionality! You can now more easily add or change a stop within the Empower rider app.

Whether you are running errands, or need to make a quick stop on your way to your final destination, you can now more easily do so within the Empower rider app.

As part of this update, an updated fare will be displayed based on your driver’s rate card and you will be prompted to confirm that you want to edit your ride. Your driver will also be able to review and approve your requested changes.

Adding Saved Places!

Save yourself the time and hassle of having to type in the same address again and again, by instead just adding it to your list of saved places. The next time you are ready to book a ride through Empower, entering a stop or final destination will be just one tap away.

You can add saved locations in the app by opening the menu and selecting “Saved Places” and tapping the “+” icon. You can also do it while entering a stop or final destination on the “Your trip” screen by tapping the “+ New Place” button on the right side of the screen.

Request favorite and same-gender drivers!

You can request favorite or same-gender drivers by toggling on the “favorite” or “same-gender” filters on the ride request screen.
