Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 

Whether you’re celebrating with friends, enjoying Irish food and drink, or just taking in the festivities, we hope you have a safe and happy St. Patrick’s Day. If you’re planning on booking Empower to get around, don’t forget to wear green!

Rider tip: Tipping Drivers 

Riders have 30 minutes to tip and rate drivers in the app after a ride is completed. To tip a driver select or enter the amount you would like to tip in the ride completed screen and then click ‘Submit’.

Please feel free to contact our support staff if you would like to tip a driver after the 30 minute window has passed!

Refer riders to earn more ride credit!  

Did you know that you will get ride credit for referring new riders to the Empower platform using your promo code? Open the Empower rider app and select “Refer a friend” to find your promo code. Share your promo code on social media, send to friends and family via text or chat to start earning rewards!
