Update to XL rate cards

Empower is excited to announce that, starting yesterday, XL drivers will have access to a second rate card specifically for non-XL requests. While XL drivers have been able to receive ride requests from riders requesting either a standard Everyday vehicle or an XL vehicle, until now, XL drivers only had a single rate card for both types of requests. Having a separate Everyday rate card will allow XL drivers to set different rates based on whether a rider is requesting a standard Everyday vehicle or an XL vehicle. By enabling your new Everyday rate card, we believe XL drivers will receive more ride requests, and in particular more requests for longer, higher paying trips.
