Multi-stop and change request features released! 

In response to driver feedback, Empower has rolled out new multi-stop functionality. Unlike with Uber and Lyft any attempts to add a stop or make changes to a stop or destination address will first be sent to you in-app for approval. An updated ETA and fare, based on your rate card, will be displayed so that you can make the decision that makes the most sense for you.

Monday (10/14) is a bank holiday 

Reminder: Monday 10/14 is a bank holiday so automated payouts from Stripe will be delayed by one day. Stripe Instant Payouts are not affected by the holiday.

Meet Andre Turner, a beloved DC driver who has received over 1,000 thumbs up and has been favorited by over 320 of his customers. It was one of Andre’s Lyft passengers who initially introduced him to Empower, and since then he hasn’t looked back.
