Referral contest

Empower is having a contest to see which drivers can refer the most riders through the end of October. First place will receive a $50 gift card, second place will receive a $25 gift card and third place will receive a $10 gift card to the place of your choice! This is in addition to the $5 drivers already receive for every rider referred! As a reminder, for a referral to count, the rider must enter your promo code and take their first ride with any driver between now and October 31. Check out the current leaderboard below!

Empower makes it easier for riders to tip drivers!

Empower has updated the passenger app to extend the amount of time riders can tip drivers! Riders can now leave a tip up until they request their next ride!

Driver tip: Selecting your navigation system

Drivers using Empower can select the following third-party navigation providers through the Empower app: Google Maps, Waze, and Apple Maps. To do so, open the menu. Then, click ‘Navigation Options’ and select your navigation provider of choice.
