We are seeking a bilingual (Arabic or Farsi), detail-oriented, and customer-centric Driver Engagement Associate to add to our team. Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative individual who is fluent in either Farsi or Arabic as well as English to join our team as a Driver Engagement associate on a part-time or full-time basis. This role will require calling and texting customers to assist them in various stages of their customer journey as well as accurately documenting responses from those calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable engaging with individuals over the phone, demonstrate high professionalism and organization, and be passionate about helping customers succeed.
This role is remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound phone calls from provided call lists according to established guidelines and schedules.
- Engage with individuals courteously and professionally answer customer questions.
- Accurately and comprehensively perform data entry based on the results of your outreach.
- Document any relevant information, inquiries, or requests received during calls for follow-up.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding call handling, data privacy, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and consistent execution of projects or strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve call scripts, processes, and overall efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic or Persian (Farsi) and English.
- Must have access to a computer in a quiet environment and with a steady internet connection.
- Excellent communicator who can utilize call scripts and knowledge documents to efficiently resolve customer issues in real time.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
- Ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in communication or customer service is a plus.
- Available at least 20 hours per week
What Do We Offer?
- $15-$18 /hour depending on qualifications
- Flexible scheduling Mon – Fri 8AM – 7PM EST
